Hi I’m Tim (42/m). Looking to move to SF from Oakland sometime this fall, in Hayes Valley, Lower Haight, or the Mission. I’m looking for a 3-5 bedroom apartment or home to rent with 3-4 other housemates. I prefer to live with professionals in their late 20s to late 40s.

You can expect me to be a clean and tidy tenant, who will be friendly and respectful toward neighbors. I host social gatherings but not late or loud parties.
Professionally I lead community for an early-stage funded startup, and consult through my own agency on the side. I work from home in the mornings and go to the office several afternoons a week. Outside of work, I’m a safe streets advocate (bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure), host occasional friend gatherings, love SF’s parks, and take occasional road trips.
About Your Place
Desired amenities include secure parking for 2 bicycles, a not super hilly location (single-speed rider—every day is🦵 day), and in-unit laundry. Dogs should be OK. I plan to adopt a small dog or as large as a field-bred Golden Retriever. Ideally, I picture a row house with a back yard or a unit in a converted loft with roof access.
